Documents Needed By Your Lender
- For any other debt such as credit cards, car loans, etc. – have account balances and minimum payment amounts
- If you have a second mortgage or HELOC, a copy of that statement
- One of your recent mortgage statements
- A copy of your last years tax return
- A copy of your most recent paystub
